Will my customers see who is the supplier?
  • No, if you want us to ship directly to your customer, we'll handle
    everything as a "blind shipment"  your customer will receive a
    Packing List and shipping label customized with your name and
    address. Our name, prices or labeling  will not appear in any of
    products or  the documents.
What are the benefits of using your services?
  • Your efforts are concentrated in marketing the product, but you
    have no investment in inventory, no storage, and  no labor
    expenses such as packing, shipping, invoicing etc...
What can I sell from your line of products?
At this time we are offering our MC-Kits, including the Kit for Diabetics,  this
is a hot selling item, as 90% of the orders are for Kits.
Is there a drop-shipping fee per order?
  • No, we have a set price, including shipping/handling.
Do you require a minimum purchase?
  • No,  we all have to start somewhere, and we trust that  you'll  grow
    with us.
Do you ship internationally?
  • No, some of the products we offer have restrictions for shipping
    overseas, we do accept orders to Military addresses, and will
    handle the necessary customs forms.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
  • We usually ship within 3-5 days.  
Which shipping method do you offer?
  • We offer USPS Priority mail with signature confirmation. Transit
    time is usually 3 business days, therefore customers should
    expect orders withing 7-10 days.
Can I use my UPS/FedEx account to ship orders to my customers?
  • No, we only use USPS.  
Do you collect sales tax?
  • No,   collecting taxes for sales in your State is your responsibility.
How do I know what's in stock on your website?  
  • We usually have a good stock, but once in while some of the
    products are in short supply, we'll notify you.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • You are our customer, therefore we accept your accept your  Visa,
    Master Card,  PayPal and Money Orders.
We'll confirm with the credit card companies your billing details.
How do I get pay  from my customers?
  • We suggest that you only accept payments in the form of checks,
    money orders or cash on delivery.  Accepting Credit Cards for a
    home business is not cost effective, as the expenses are high and
    charge backs are a reality of doing business with credit card
    companies.
What about returns?
Working from home is usually easier as you know the customer well,
therefore returns will be rare, but if someone decides not to accept the
order, we accept returns within 10 days, but mailing box can't be opened, it
needs to be returned in the same unopened box.  Shipping charges and a
10% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
How do I place my orders?
You will receive a link to our "Home Seller's Drop Shipping Orders"  price
will have your discount.  Remember that all orders are handled  as a
"blind shipment"  your customer will only receive a packing list and the
shipping label is made out in your name.  Reminder!  You may send us
business cards to enclose with the order.
